Application

The Ribonucleoside Triphosphate Set is suitable for use in in vitro-transcription reactions and RNA polymerase-directed DNA sequencing.

General description

Ribonucleoside Triphosphate Set consists of four separate vials of ATP, CTP, GTP, and UTP. Each vial contains a 100 mM clear, colorless solution of the lithium salt (pH 7).

Quality

Typical analysis:≥98% ribonucleoside triphosphates (HPLC), ≤1.5% ribonucleoside diphosphates, ≤0.5% ribonucleoside monophosphates. Tested for the absence of RNases according to the current Quality Control procedures.
