What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods online:

  • Proforma Invoice – Request a proforma invoice and pay via bank transfer. Orders are processed upon receipt of payment.
  • Credit Terms – If your account has approved credit terms, provide a purchase order number, and we will invoice upon dispatch (as per agreed terms).

 

What are my payment options?

Payment terms are Net 30 days with established credit. New customers can apply for credit by submitting an approved credit application (Request Credit Account).

We accept Visa®, Mastercard®, bank transfers, and PayPal.
Credit card payments are processed at the time of shipment. You can enter your payment details securely on our website or call us at 01865 955082 (please note, we do not accept credit card details via email for security reasons).

Do you have a minimum order requirement?

Forlabs has no minimum order requirement. However, some suppliers may impose a minimum order amount, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.



Do you charge sales tax?

For UK transactions, we charge the applicable UK tax. If you are tax-exempt, we require a valid tax exemption certificate on file. Please email your certificate to sales@forlabs.co.uk.
