Increase the sensitivity of your ELISA techniques by using either covalent or affinity capture binding to immobilise your molecule to the microtitre plate. Thermo Scientific™ Plates and Modules with Covalent Binding Surfaces chemically attach the molecule to the plate from the NH2 end of the molecule, this means all molecules are oriented the same way and are impossible to wash away. Thermo scientific™ Plates and Modules Affinity Binding Surfaces using streptavidin allow biotinylated molecules to bind strongly to the surface also in the same orientation. Both methods do not require a blocking step for the ELISA.
