General description


Sigma’;s pBR322 Hae III Digest contains 22 fragments from 8 - 587 bp. Ten ul of the ladder should be diluted in gel loading buffer and then loaded in a single lane on an agarose or polyacrylamide gel.


Other Notes


For optimal resolution, the recommended agarose gel concentration is 2.5.
