Typically filter 1 to 20 litres of solution through simple connection into tubing lines. Filtrates may be dispensed directly into unpressurised containers and one capsule may act as a prefilter to another.

Polycap™ AS - provides rapid filtration of tissue culture and aqueous salt solutions, immunologicals, viral suspensions, buffers, nutrients and cleaning/rinsing solutions.

Polycap™ TF - designed for use with organic solvents and chemically aggressive solutions.

Polycap™ HD - offers high filtration efficiency and excellent filtrate purity due to its materials and methods of manufacture. Performance characteristics fit between gross filters and microporous membrane filters used for final filtration.

Polycap™ SPF - serum prefiller typically used upstream of Polycap AS or Polycap PES. Suited for product with a high degree of complex particulates, lipids, triglycerides and lipoproteins that clog fillers.

Polycap™ TC - dual layer membrane for efficient filtration of critical aqueous solutions. Inherently hydrophilic, has low extractables, is biosafe, has excellent flow rates and exhibits low protein binding.
