General description

This Human VPS34 (vacuolar protein sorting 34) protein has a N-terminal FLAG-tag, expressed in Sf9 insect cells via a baculovirus expression system.

Physical form

Formulated in a buffered solution consisting of 40 mM tris-HCl, pH 8.0, 110 mM NaCl, 2.2 mM KCl, 80 µg/ml FLAG peptide, and 20% glycerol.
