The LVS 105 T -10 ef+ system is specially designed for solvent distillation / evaporation applications and comprises of a chemical duty diaphragm pump and VCpro 600 series digital controller. Liquid separator and exhaust emissions condenser for optimal solvent recovery are also included. Designed for chemical applications all wetted parts are made of high quality chemically resistant materials and clear plastic coated glassware.

The chemical resistant diaphragm pump (MPC series) provides a deep stable vacuum <2mbar, and is speed controlled, using the ecoflex control, to ensure an accurate and smooth evaporation without bumping and foaming. The VCpro 600 series controller has manual, automatic and fully programmable modes for novel processes. Whether in automatic mode or manual mode, the controller automatically adjusts the pumping speed to match the vapor load generated by the processes.
