Corning PureCoat™ Amine is a positively charged surface with strong cell attachment properties. It is particularly suited to cell based assays using transfected cells and mulitple vigorous wash steps where it provides similar or superior performance to PDL coated surfaces in retaining a confluent, functional cell sheet.
