Designed for applications that require continuous boiling. Complete with a removable stainless steel perforated shelf and constant level device. The bath, which is simmer-statically controlled, is ideally suited to prolonged periods of boiling and can be controlled from a gentle simmer to a vigorous boil. Painted surfaces feature "anti-bacterial technology" which inhibits bacterial growth. The efficacy of the finish is maintained over time, as the anti-bacterial agent is integral within the finishes.
