The SensiFAST™ SYBR No-ROX One-Step Kit has been formulated for highly reproducible first-strand cDNA synthesis and subsequent real-time PCR in a single tube. A combination of the latest advances in buffer chemistry together with a reverse transcriptase and hot-start DNA polymerase system, ensures that SensiFAST SYBR No-ROX One-Step Kit produces fast, highly-specific and ultra-sensitive one-step RT-qPCR. The SensiFAST SYBR No-ROX One-Step Kit consists of a 2x SensiFAST SYBR One-Step mix, as well as separate reverse transcriptase and RiboSafe RNase Inhibitor.

Components: 2x Reaction mix consisting of: Heat-activated DNA polymerase Ultra-pure dNTPs, MgCl2, SYBR®Green I; Plus separate vials of: Reverse transcriptase, RNase inhibitor, DEPC-treated water

Kit Size: The kit size is based on a 20µl final reaction volume.

Storage Conditions: 12 months at -20°C. Avoid exposure of the SYBR® Green I to light.
