The Axygen Agarose LM is a low melting agarose that allows for the recovery of undamaged nucleic acids below their denaturation temperature. In addition, in-gel manipulations can be performed without prior extraction of the DNA from the gel slice.

Low melting temperatures and gel strength
Electrophoresis of DNA fragments =1000bp
Suitable for tissue and cell culture and viral plaque assays
Ideal for preparative electrophoresis
